Devon Stoloff is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dallas Capital. Prior to forming Dallas Capital, Mr. Stoloff held roles with Sterling Organization, Foundry Commercial, RBC Capital Markets, and Aries Capital. His experience spans institutional capital raising, real estate investment underwriting, and investor relations, informing a practical approach to capital formation and investor communication.

Through Dallas Capital, Mr. Stoloff evaluates private real estate investment firms that occupy a unique position in the market. These firms combine seasoned executive teams, with deep relationships and specialized expertise, and strategies whose fundamentals are underappreciated by allocators due to limited access. His goal is to partner with each identified platform and introduce it to his deep network of institutional and private investors.

Mr. Stoloff is also the Head of Real Estate for Grove Capital Ventures (“GCV”), based in Miami, FL. He leads programmatic real estate-focused engagements designed to curate long-term capital relationships for niche operators.

Mr. Stoloff holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
