Devon Stoloff is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dallas Capital. Prior to forming Dallas Capital, Devon held roles with Sterling Organization, Foundry Commercial, RBC Capital Markets, and Aries Capital. His experience spans institutional capital raising, real estate investments, investor relations, and capital markets, informing a practical approach to capital formation and investor communication.
Devon is also the Head of Real Estate for Grove Capital Ventures ("GCV"), based in Miami, FL. He leads programmatic real estate-focused engagements designed to curate long-term capital relationships for niche operators.
Devon has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
Before Dallas Capital, Devon held roles with Sterling Organization, Foundry Commercial, RBC Capital Markets, and Aries Capital.
